BENTONVILLE, Ark. - The Arkansas Tech Golden Suns softball team will return to action this Sunday and Monday, Feb. 25-26, in a Great American Conference series against Northwestern Oklahoma at the Tiger Athletic Complex in Bentonville.

Sunday's games will begin at 3 p.m., and Monday's will begin at noon.

The Golden Suns got off to a 9-3 start in a trio of tournaments to start the season. Tech is hitting .345 as a team, led by Bailey Bunch, who is hitting .500 with a .617 on-base percentage. Megan Dempsey has been the Golden Suns' most effective pitcher, posting a 2-0 record with three saves and an 0.57 ERA in seven relief appearances.

The Rangers enter this series with a 1-5 record, picking up its first win of the season in the last game against Newman on Feb. 14.
