ALVA, Okla.– The Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys football team (2-5, 2-5 Great American Conference) was led by a 14-tackle effort by
KJ Reid, but the Wonder Boys were unable to convert on offensive opportunities in a 21-0 loss to Northwestern Oklahoma (3-4, 3-4) on Saturday afternoon at Ranger Field.

- Bryan Allen rushed for 46 yards on 17 carries. His performance gives him 3,317 career yards and pulls Allen to within 93 yards of Eddie Meador for second place all-time at Tech and 286 yards of Larry Brown's all-time mark. Allen slipped to third all-time in GAC career rushing yards as Ouachita's Kris Oliver had a 92-yard afternoon to move to 3,342 career yards. Allen now trails all-time GAC leader Devlon Wortham by 136 yards and Oliver by 25 yards.
- Carter Burcham completed 17 of 33 passes for 163 yards, while Manny Harris completed 7 of 14 for 64 yards. Both quarterbacks were intercepted twice.
- Tech committed five turnovers to NWOSU's two.
- Chris Eastburn and Tremel Glasper both had 42 receiving yards to lead the Wonder Boys.
- Reid added two sacks.
