Ke'Vonshaye Stackhouse and
Lyrik Williams both hit double figures, and the Arkansas Tech Golden Suns basketball team (15-2, 11-2 Great American Conference) forced 19 East Central turnovers as the Golden Suns rolled to a 68-53 win over the Tigers (6-11, 5-8) on Saturday afternoon at Tucker Coliseum.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The two teams traded leads over the first six minutes of the contest, but with the Golden Suns trailing by three (11-8) with 4:39 remaining in the opening quarter, Tech went on an 8-0 run to claim a five-point (16-11) lead with 43 seconds remaining in the quarter.
- Tech and ECU traded 3-pointers over the final 21 seconds of the quarter to keep Tech's lead at five (19-14) after the first quarter.
- The Golden Suns' lead reached double figures at the 7:33 mark of the opening quarter after a Jacie Higgins layup.
- ECU rallied to tie the contest at 28-28 with 1:57 remaining in the half after a 3-pointer by Devon Branch.
- Tech scored the final four points of the quarter to take a three-point (31-28) advantage into the second half.
- While Tech twice pushed its lead to five in the opening minutes of the third quarter, ECU responded again, tying the game at 35-35 with 6:54 to play in the third quarter.

- Tech grew its lead to 11 points in the final seconds of the quarter on a pair of free throws by Ladd.
- Stackhouse buried a 3-pointer with 1:43 to play to push Tech's lead to 22 points (68-46), the largest margin of the contest.
