Against Southern Arkansas, Tech leads the all-time series, 95-69. Tech defeated SAU three times last season, including a 72-68 win in the opening round of the GAC Tournament.

SCOUTING THE WONDER BOYS

Arkansas Tech (10-2, 4-2 GAC) currently sits fifth in the GAC standings following the Wonder Boys' second conference loss of the season. Tech has yet to play four of the bottom five teams in the conference standings, however.

The Wonder Boys rank 10th in Division II in scoring and are the only team in the GAC averaging over 90 points per game. Tech is fourth in Division II in three-pointers per game, and fifth in opponent three-point percentage.

R.J. Glasper is averaging 20.5 points over the last four games, and he currently ranks fourth in the conference with 17.4 points per contest. Glasper is fifth in Division II in free-throw percentage (.944). Alex Brown leads the Wonder Boys with 7.7 rebounds per game, while Freddy Lee averages 5.6 assists and ranks third in Division II in assist-to-turnover ratio (4.47).

SCOUTING THE REDDIES

Henderson State (6-6, 1-5 GAC) has lost its last four conference games and currently sits in a tie for ninth in the GAC standings. The Reddies' lone win in GAC play came in Weatherford against Southwestern Oklahoma.

HSU averages 81.6 points per game, while allowing 77.4 points. The Reddies have taken advantage of the charity stripe this season, ranking fourth in Division II in free-throw percentage (.785). Kaylon Tappin leads HSU and ranks second in the GAC with 18.8 points per game. Tappin has scored at least 30 points in a GAC-leading three games this season, and his 33 points are second-most in the conference this season, trailing only Arkansas Tech's Jerami Grace, who tallied 38 points last week against Oklahoma Baptist.

SCOUTING THE MULERIDERS

Southern Arkansas (5-7, 1-5 GAC) defeated Southwestern Oklahoma last Saturday to secure its first conference win of the season. The Muleriders host winless Harding this Thursday before traveling to Russellville on Saturday.

Despite the losing record, Southern Arkansas ranks fifth in the GAC with a 8.8 averaging scoring margin. The Muleriders have held their opponents to a conference-low .401 field-goal percentage, and SAU ranks second in the GAC in rebounding margin ( 6.1).
