WILSON SHUTS OUT WEEVILS AS TECH SPLITS DOUBLEHEADER

MONTICELLO, Ark. – Kyle Wilson pitched a complete-game shutout with eight strikeouts to lead Arkansas Tech to a 2-0 win against Arkansas-Monticello on Friday, but the Wonder Boys dropped the second game of the doubleheader, 3-1.

  • McDearmon contributed to both of the only two runs of the victory, as he scored on a wild pitch in the third inning and singled in the fifth to score Wheeler.
