Box Score RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas Tech Golden Suns tennis team (12-5, 0-1 Great American Conference) could not overcome a slow start in doubles play as No. 41 Southeastern Oklahoma (11-2, 2-0 GAC) came away with a 7-2 victory Friday afternoon at the Chartwells Women's Sports Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Suns fell behind early after dropping a pair of close doubles matches, however the No. 3 doubles team of Haeleigh Long and Kami Ward came away with an 8-6 win to give the Suns some momentum going into singles play.
- Annabel Rowlands was the only individual to pick up a win in singles play after knocking off Maria Martinez 6-4, 6-4 in the No. 5 singles match.
