Box Score PINE BLUFF, Ark. – The Arkansas Tech Golden Suns tennis team (2-0) put together a dominating performance in its second match of the season against Arkansas-Pine Bluff (0-5), winning 7-0 Thursday afternoon in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

The Golden Suns will hit the road this weekend for a trio of non-conference matchups with Newman, Missouri Western, and Maryville at the MWSU Winter Invitational in St. Joseph, Missouri. Tech will play the Jets to kick off the weekend on Friday beginning at 6:30 p.m.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Golden Suns only allowed the Golden Lions to win four games in both singles and doubles play. Tech continued its stellar play coming off a win against Delta State on Saturday.
• Annabel Rowlands, Kami Ward, and Haeleigh Long each swept their singles matches 6-0, 6-0.
• Macarena Sedano Acosta and Tamara Bell swept their doubles match in straight sets 6-0.
