MONTICELLO, Ark. – Allie Anderson and
Hunter Eshnaur each recorded 12 kills, and
Tabitha Spray added 11 kills, as No. 10 Arkansas Tech defeated Arkansas-Monticello, 3-0 (25-17, 25-21, 25-20), on Tuesday to reach 29 consecutive wins.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Golden Suns took the first four points of the match and cruised to a win in the first set.
- Tech posted a match-high .538 attack percentage in the first set, compiling 17 kills on 26 attacks with just three errors. Anderson, Eshnaur and Spray combined for 11 kills.
- Arkansas Tech struggled offensively in the second game, as the Suns committed eight attack errors. Arkansas-Monticello (10-18, 2-11 GAC) was held to just 10 kills and a .100 hitting percentage, however.
- With the score tied, 7-7, in the second set, Anderson recorded consecutive kills to spark a 15-6 run that put the Golden Suns ahead, 22-13. The Cotton Blossoms responded with an 8-2 run the pull within three points, but a kill by Amanda Milnick gave Arkansas Tech a 2-0 lead in the match.
- The final set featured 12 ties and eight lead changes, until the Suns ended the match on a 5-0 run.
- Eshnaur tallied a match-high seven kills in the third game, followed by Spray with six. Arkansas Tech hit .375 in the set with 17 kills.

- Arkansas Tech earns a victory in its first match as a top-10 team in program history. The Suns were ranked 10th in the week nine AVCA Division II poll released on Monday.
- The Golden Suns extend their record-breaking win streak to 29 matches. Tech currently leads Division II in wins.
- Arkansas Tech finished the match hitting .305 as a team, the 15th match this season in which the Suns posted an attack percentage of at least .300. Tech entered the match ranked second in Division II in team hitting percentage.
- Anderson, Eshnaur and Spray combined for 35 of Tech's 48 kills in the victory, while Milnick's match-high 41 assists are tied for a season-high in a three-set conference match.
- Madison Nagel led all players with 17 digs.
