DURANT, Okla. – Jalissa Gum fired a no-hitter in the day's opener against Central Missouri, fanning out 11, while
Morgan Vaughan improved to 3-0 on the season with a five-hit shutout against Emporia State, as the Arkansas Tech Golden Suns softball team (4-1) picked up a sweep on the final day of the Southeastern Regional Invitational, topping Central Missouri 8-0 in five innings before finishing off with a 6-0 win over Emporia State in the tourney finale.
NEXT UP- Tech gets back to action next weekend at the UAM 8-State Classic in Bentonville, opening play on Friday, Feb. 12 against Minnesota State (11 a.m.) before facing Missouri Western (3 p.m.).
