Game Notes

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - The Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys basketball team (10-9, 5-8 Great American Conference) will return to action this Thursday and Saturday, traveling west for a Thursday tilt against Oklahoma Baptist (5-12, 1-12 GAC) and a Saturday contest with Southern Nazarene (8-11, 7-6 GAC).

Thursday's game is set for a 7:30 p.m. start while Saturday's game begins at 3 p.m. 

THE BROADCAST
The games will be carried live on 102.3-FM (KCJC) in Russellville. Sam Strasner will call the play-by-play while Kelly Davis will deliver the color analysis.

THE PREVIOUS MEETINGS
The Wonder Boys have faced these two opponents earlier in the season and came away with the win both times. Tech downed Oklahoma Baptist 85-60 back on December 3, then topped Southern Nazarene 66-53 two days later. 

THE OBU SERIES
Tech's win earlier this season marked the first win for the Wonder Boys in the series with OBU. The two teams played four times from 1968-1993 with the Bison winning each meeting. 

THE SNU SERIES
Tech holds an all-time 5-3 advantage in the series with SNU. The two teams played twice before the GAC years - back in 1983 and 1984 - and since SNU's move to Division II, Tech holds a 4-2 advantage.
