SHAWNEE, Okla. – Arkansas Tech used a big second-half run to overcome a 21-point deficit, but the Wonder Boys (3-1, 2-1 Great American Conference) were unable to hold off a rally by Oklahoma Baptist over the final minutes as the Wonder Boys dropped a 93-87 decision to the Bison (2-3, 1-2 GAC) on Thursday night at the Noble Athletic Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- A 3-pointer by OBU put the Bison on the board, and the Bison led throughout the opening half, taking as much as a 10-point lead at the 7:29 mark.
- The Bison pushed ahead in the opening minutes of the second half, stretching its lead to 21 points (71-50) with 14:51 to play.
- Arkansas Tech began its furious rally, outscoring the Bison 34-13 over a 10:09 period to claim an 85-84 lead after a dunk by Bennie Lufile with 4:44 to play.
- OBU reclaimed the lead on its next possession, but Arkansas Tech pushed ahead 87-86 at the 2:17 mark on a layup by Freddy Lee.
- The Bison would not let the Wonder Boys score again, as OBU scored the game's final seven points to claim a six-point win.

- Arkansas Tech held an 11-8 advantage in points off turnovers and an 11-4 advantage in second-chance points, while the Wonder Boys held a 43-14 advantage in bench points.
- Five Wonder Boys reached double figures, led by an 18-point performance by Justin Graham. Alex Brown (14 points), Bennie Lufile (14 points), Trevin Woods (11 points), and Montrell Williams (10 points) all reached the 10-point threshold.
