COACH BAYER SAYS- On the game – "It wasn't really the way we wanted to make a statement at the conference tournament, but the bottom line is that we got the win, that was what we set out to do, and now we need to forget about how we got that win and move on. If we dwell on how we played in the first round we are going to set ourselves up for failure.
- On the tournament field moving forward– "Obviously we split with Harding this year. Southern Arkansas played us really tough at their place and tough at our place. Either opponent doesn't matter. No matter what, from here on out, it's going to be tough."
WHO'S NEXT- The Golden Suns face the winner of tonight's Harding/Southern Arkansas matchup in a 6 p.m. semifinal on Friday.
