RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. — The Arkansas Tech women's volleyball team will take a break from Great American Conference play Tuesday to welcome Central Baptist and Lyon College to Tucker Coliseum for a tri-match.

The Golden Suns (15-5) are currently on a nine-match winning streak that dates back over a month after defeating Southwestern Oklahoma and Northwestern Oklahoma last weekend to remain unbeaten in GAC play. Central Baptist (6-22) and Lyon (12-12) have faced off twice this season, with Lyon taking both matches. Tech will face CBC at 3 p.m. and Lyon at 7, with the two guests playing each other at 5.

Tech is led on the attack by freshman Hunter Eshnaur, who tallied 32 kills while hitting .333 in the team's two wins over the weekend. Those numbers raised her season totals to 3.80 kills per set on .217 hitting, and she's added 2.40 digs per set and a team-high 26 aces on the season. Classmate Sarita Stegall dished out 97 assists in the two matches, adding eight kills and four blocks as well, to bump her season average to 9.87 assists per set.

Senior Katie Huff is averaging 2.70 kills and 0.84 blocks per set in the middle. She's tallied double-digit kills in three of her past four matches and totaled 25 over the weekend. Sophomore Haley Owen upped her season average to 1.82 kills per set, going for double digits in three of the last five matches, including 21 kills on .348 hitting against Southwestern and Northwestern.

Junior Kaylee Konsella adds 2.31 kills on .240 hitting, and sophomore McCall Wilkins is fourth on the team with 2.31 kills and second with 0.63 blocks per set. Sophomore Madison Nagel leads the way with 5.04 digs per set and has 23 aces on the season.

The Golden Suns are a combined 30-0 all-time against the Mustangs and Scots, including a pair of 3-0 wins last season. All three matches Tuesday will feature live video and statistics, available at www.arkansastechsports.com.
