Luke Calcatera is entering his second season as the head coach of the Golden Suns.
During his first season as head coach, Calcatera was named the GAC Coach of the Year where he lead the team to a chance to play for the national championship. Calcatera advanced the Golden Suns past stroke play for the first time in program history and to the national quarterfinals. Under the tutelage of Calcatera, many players received prestigious conference and national awards. Jacqueline Klemm was named a WGCA All American as well as the unanimous GAC Women's Golf Player of the Year and was selected to the All Region first team. Allie Weiner was named an Elite 90 award winner. Katie Whitfield was named to the All Region First Team and Josie Roberson was named to the All Region second team.
