2014 Highlights
Competed in all eight events for the Golden Suns in her freshman campaign, finishing with the team’s best time in seven. … Earned second-team All-GAC honors, coming in 17th out of 102 runners at the conference championship Nov. 8. … Finished 20th at the Bob Gravett Invitational, 22nd at the SBU Invitational and 19th out of 115 competitors at the UALR Invitational.
 
In High School
Ran three years of cross country and track at Heber Springs High School for coach Johnette Goldman. … Finished second at 2013 4A state cross country meet, finishing the 5k event in 2:13.5. Earned third-place finishes as a sophomore and junior in 2011 and 2012. … 2014 state outdoor 1600 meters champion, third in 800. Helped team to a runner-up finish. … Part of state-champion 4x800 relay team in 2013, second in 800. … Won state title in 800 in 2012. … Also played three years of basketball at Heber Springs as a forward.
