RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas Tech women's track and field team is back in action this week and will take part in the Bison Open on Saturday, April 6.
At the Bison Open, the Golden Suns are set to compete in three running events (1,500-meter, 800-meter and 5,000-meter) and two field events (discus and shot put).
The meet is slated to start for the Golden Suns at 11:00 a.m. with the Women's Shot Put where
Dallice White will compete. At about 3:30 p.m., White will take part in the Discus to round out the throwing events.
The running events for the Golden Suns are slated to start at 3:20 p.m. with the women's 1,500-meter.
Morganne Browning,
Calli Beshore,
Libby Booth and
Kaitlynne Elmore are scheduled to run in that event.
The Women's 800-meter is next and scheduled to start at 5:00 p.m.
Audrey Hill will compete in the event for the Golden Suns.
The final running event of the meet for the Golden Suns will be the 5,000-meter run. The distance event is slated to start at 6:35 p.m. and will have
