• Megan Bell and Katharina Drebka sealed the doubles point for Tech with their 6-3 win in the No. 2 spot.
• Sanchez earned the first singles point for Tech with her decisive 6-1, 6-0 win in the No. 2 spot. 
• Annabel Rowlands secured the third singles point—and thus the win for the Suns—in dramatic fashion, winning a 6-0, 7-5 match that ended with a marathon rally.
