SUNS SWEEP TO GAC CHAMPIONSHIP

BENTONVILLE, Ark. – The tandem of Megan Goodnight and Cara Tolar combined to hold Southern Nazarene (27-28-1) to one unearned run and eight hits as the Arkansas Tech Golden Suns softball team (43-17) won its first Great American Conference tournament championship with a 2-1 win over the Crimson Storm on Sunday at the Tiger Athletic Complex.
