ENID, Okla. - Arkansas Tech suffered its first loss of the double-elimination Great American Conference Baseball Championships on Sunday evening, dropping a 12-5 decision to the third-seeded Oklahoma Baptist Bison.

• Wescott recorded his third multi-home run game of the season, and his two home runs against Oklahoma Baptist gives him three in two conference tournament games.
• Wescott also led Tech with three hits and three runs batted in, giving him six hits and seven RBIs in the two postseason games. Gard and Vaughn followed with two hits each, as Vaughn's seventh-inning single resulted in an RBI.
• Despite 10 hits, the Wonder Boys batted just 3-15 with runners on base and 2-9 with runners in scoring position, as Tech left nine runners on base. The Bisons were 6-14 with runners in scoring position.
• Arkansas Tech committed five errors in the loss, tied for the second most in a game this season. Eight of Oklahoma Baptist's 12 runs were unearned due to the errors. 
• Jason Hastings pitched 4.0 relief innings for the Wonder Boys, allowing four runs on three hits. Jake Mattox replaced Hastings and allowed two unearned runs in one inning.
