SUNS SPLIT WITH BLOSSOMS

MONTICELLO, Ark. – Megan Goodnight fired a one-hit shutout in the opening contest of the day, leading the way as the No. 19 Arkansas Tech Golden Suns softball team (32-12, 23-9 Great American Conference) split its series-opening doubleheader against Arkansas-Monticello (7-34, 7-23), winning the opener 3-0 before falling 10-7 in the finale on Sunday at Blossoms Field.
