WEATHERFORD, Okla. – Arkansas Tech dropped the final game of its series against Southwestern Oklahoma State on Sunday, allowing four runs in the final three innings. The Wonder Boys fall 2-1 in the first conference series of the season, after winning game two on Saturday, 2-1.

Arkansas Tech (6-5, 1-2 GAC) continues the Great American Conference season in Alva, Okla. next weekend, as the Wonder Boys take on Northwestern Oklahoma State. The three-game series is scheduled to begin on Friday, Feb. 23, at 3 p.m.

• Arkansas Tech fell behind, 4-2, after four innings, but a two-run fifth inning that featured an RBI-single by McDearmon and a sacrifice fly by Wescott tied the score, 4-4.
• Harte pitched the first 6.2 innings for the Wonder Boys, allowing 10 hits and striking out seven.
