RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – With an eleventh-inning walk-off single by
Jackson Hollinshead, Arkansas Tech split a doubleheader with Henderson State on Sunday. The Wonder Boys fell, 7-6, in game one before taking the second game, 1-0.

- Tech's undefeated start to conference play came to an end in game one, as the Wonder Boys fell to 9-1 in GAC play. With the win in game two, Tech is now tied for first in the conference with Southern Arkansas.
- Wescott gave the Wonder Boys the first lead of game one with his second home run of the season in the second inning. Later in the second inning, Wilson stretched Tech's lead to 3-0 when beat the pitch to the plate and stole home.
- Wilson pitched the first six innings for Arkansas Tech in game on, striking out seven and allowing just one run.
- In game two, the Wonder Boys were held hitless until Wilson singled to left center to lead off the bottom of the seventh inning. Tech eventually loaded the bases with a chance to end the game, but consecutive strikeouts ended the seventh with the scored tied, 0-0.
- The second game, originally scheduled for seven innings, finally came to an end on a walk-off single by Hollinshead. Wescott doubled down the left field line, before scoring the winning run on the one-out single.
- Armstrong went 9.1 innings on the mound for the Wonder Boys in game two, holding HSU scoreless and striking out eight. Blake Sullivan pitched 0.2 innings for Tech, and Hale came in to pitch the top of the 11th to earn his second win of the season.
